Robert Lost 185 Pounds: ‘My Weight Was Holding Me Back From Living My Dream’ – http://huff.to/1czs70E
Just finished a hard round of Nike+ Kinect!!! Staying motivated on the journey!!!
People alway ask me if I really think humans were not made to eat meat. I love thinking about this. I always said it is a big difference between what we could do and what we should do. Case and point: We can eat insane amounts of sugar and salt in our foods, but that’s not to say we were made to do so. Let us take a deeper look into being human predators.
1) Do we really have canine teeth? If we open our mouths, we will see two pointy teeth. One is on the left of the mouth and one is on the right. So we must be designed for meat. Maybe not! Most predators of the world have canines that fall into a different category. They have fangs. They are used to puncture the necks of their prey. They have the jaw power to crush windpipes and puncture jugular veins. We don’t have this ability. Our canines are more for biting, holding, and defense reasons.
2) Are we stronger or faster then most of our prey? I would have to say we are much more intelligent, but not stronger or faster. There is not very much we can scare without weapons and fire. Truth be told, if squirrels knew better, they could chase any of us down the street. Three rabbits could gang up on you right now, and you would let them have the house. That’s funny!!! 😄😃😅😳 You see most predators are designed for the type of prey they consume. I must say, we are not. Notice what an animal eats, and then notice how they are perfectly designed to master that feat.
3) Is there any other predator that must cook its meat in order to eat it? It is my belief, we would run down, chase, and kill our prey if we were made to. No removing of the skin, no draining of the blood, no removing of the organs, no eating before the meat goes bad, and no COOKING. Stick with me and you will see the human body runs more effective when fed plant based foods. I know this is bad news for many of you, but we must know better to do better.
I wonder, what would we look like if we were Predators?
